Regionz Kidz Celebrates Unity and Diversity Through Their Unique T-shirts and More

February 17th, 2008

Hey there! If this is your first time here, please consider subscribing to the RSS feed or the MamaDivas.com newsletter

Regionz Kidz Regionz Kidz offers a selection of t-shirts for babies, toddlers and their mamas that celebrate the unity and diversity of all the cultures here in the US and all over the world with unique and funky caricature designs that feature babies from all different ethnic backgrounds.  The super cute cartoon babies that grace Regionz Kidz products (from their tees to their flash cards and books for kids) were created especially for the online boutique by Hollywood graphic artist and illustrator Jeff WestRegionz Kidz even offers a completely customized tee for you or your little one, featuring a totally unique illustration based on photos that you provide as well as your comments about your little one’s temperament and personality.

I love the message behind Regionz Kidz products… the designs are cool, unique and represent pride, unification and tolerance for different cultural backgrounds.  The cartoon babies that represent each different ethnicity are über cute, and you can choose from a variety of backgrounds/settings (13 in all) to really give your little one’s tee a personalized touch.  littleQ’s cartoon baby is set in the city, sitting atop a taxi, and it’s just so cute!  The design is so funky and hip.  In his Regionz Kidz tee and pair of dark khakis, he looks mighty sharp.  Oh, and he loves the design!  He smiled as soon as he looked down and saw the caricature, pointed to his chest and squealed “Baby!” so delightedly.  That’s definitely one point in Regionz Kidz’s favor, as littleQ doesn’t usually take such interest in his apparel (except for shoes… littleQ can’t get enough of putting his various pairs on and then off and then stomping around).

Another thing that’s super cool is that mamas can get t-shirts that match their baby’s.  Like the infant/toddler tees, these shirts come in 4 choices for the sleeve and piping trim (black, red, pink and light blue).

Regionz Kids also offers flashcards, games and children’s books, all featuring the cute cartoon baby illustrations and all geared towards instilling a love of reading as well as promoting other educational skills, as well as helping you to teach your child to embrace other ethnicities and cultures.  I’m thinking we’ll soon be adding to our library of children’s books!

Judging from his reaction, littleQ’s given his mark of approval for Regionz Kidz, and so have I.  The designs are unique and fun, and the overall concept of Regionz Kidz is something exciting, something you don’t see all too often, and I recommend Regionz Kidz for anyone who’s looking for a baby/toddler tee that’s got a unique design and sends a message of unity and tolerance.
