I love a clean house. I love using eco-friendly products. I hate strong chemical odors. Quite the dilemma, eh?
Not so much… really. Clorox® (yes, the maker of bleach) has come out with an innovative, ingenious and altogether earth, health and family friendly line of household cleansing products called Green Works™. This line of products is created from all natural plant and mineral based ingredients to make safe, effective and non-abrasive household cleansers…. and no, you don’t need to be a granola or a treehugger to thoroughly appreciate Green Works™. Hey, there is a lot to be said for leading an eco and earth friendly lifestyle.
The first thing you’ll notice when you use Green Works™ is the effectiveness of the product. Just a spritz or two of the appletini (please don’t get any silly ideas!) colored Natural All Purpose Cleaner, and you will immediately be sold on this stuff. The very first time I spied Green Works™ on a shelf at Waldbaum’s, I was immediately drawn but was still somewhat skeptical about using the products, in part because these products are priced just slightly higher than coventional cleansing products, but the main reason why I balked slightly was because I had this notion in my mind that possibly these “natural” cleansing agents would not quite be up to par.
I decided to give myself the benefit of the doubt, and I went ahead and purchased the Natural All Purpose Cleaner and the Natural Toilet Bowl Cleaner
; and I recently also had the chance to try the Natural Glass & Surface Cleaner.
After getting over the initial shock that a cleaning product made of all natural ingredients (no bleach, no phosphorous) and deemed to be eco-friendly could clean so well, you’ll be pleasantly surprised at the fresh, crisp scent which is sans (aka free of) the abrasive chemical overtones present in conventional household cleansing agents.
As mom to a toddler, Green Works™ products fulfills two wants and needs: the want for a better household cleansing product and the need for a safe product. When you read the ingredient label, you’ll truly be amazed: you’ll wonder exactly how it is that a product made from water, coconut-based, corn-base and lemon-based ingredients could clean so well.
Check out the Clorox® Green Works™ website to learn more about this new family of safe, all natural and eco-friendly home cleaning products.

Yeah, this stuff really kicks butt! It won’t sizzle through grime automatically the way harsher products do, but with a little scrub, it does it’s job!
I have heard great things about this product and cannot wait to rush out to try it for myself!!!
THANKS!
