At Lensshopper.com, you can’t actually buy contact lenses, but you’ll be able to find and compare the most competitive deals from all the best discount contact lens sites all in one place. This is definitely a subject close to my heart, as I am, unfortunately, quite hopelessly myopic. Not only is the cost of laser eye surgery out of my budget at this time, but it also scares the bejeezers out of me. 
So, until I save up enough money to pay the 80% I’d have to pay after the insurance for lasik and until I get over my fear of having my eyes messed with, I have to rely on glasses and contacts.
If you’re nearsighted like me and rely on contact lenses, 
then you must know firsthand exactly how expensive contacts can be when you buy them directly from your optometrist’s or opthamologist’s office. You’ve either got to shell out a lot, or hope that your insurance covers most of it (which many don’t.) Even if your insurance does cover part or most of one order, what if you need new contact lenses before you reach the next eligibility period? That’s when hunting online for contacts is pretty much the only choice you have if you don’t want to pay some exorbitant amount of money.
